Hello,

My name is Steve and SMART Fitness was born from my personal and professional experience.

In fact, II had the chance to grow up in an environment where healthy sport had an important place with very athletic parents. 

From a young age, I practiced various and varied sports: football, basketball, climbing, tennis, martial arts (Kung-Fu), boxing (English, American), American football, gymnastics...

As far as my professional career is concerned, first in France, I held positions of high responsibility (sales director, company manager). At that time, it was difficult for me to maintain my sporting discipline because I was training 5 to 6 times a week. This is why I had to choose to prioritize my career over my well-being by drastically reducing sport. My health and my morale suffered.

​

Then, I had the opportunity to live and work abroad (UK, Australia). And it was precisely in Sydney that I discovered that it was possible to balance your personal life (family, sport) and your work.

In Sydney, I passed a Certificate III and a personal trainer Certificate which allowed me to become a sports coach in my personal time. I was able to flourish by being a private coach and also a Crossfit gym coach (because I have been Crossfit Level 1 certified since 2013 and Level 2 since 2015).

It was therefore on my return to France, and after more than 12 years in business services, that I decided to start a professional retraining in the field of sport by passing the BPJEPS (Brevet Professionnel de la Jeunesse, de Popular Education and Sport).

​

Today I am committed to bringing my know-how and my experience to offer employers "the best of both world": health and well-being at work.
